I've been almost dormant from Fotki the last 6 months or so. I've been diversifying myself in other areas and my available discretionary time has all but disappeared. The little I hang out here is mainly to support the contests, but even that is marginal compared to what I used to do.
You mentioned Facebook. I considered joining FB a few years back, but I still haven't bit-the-bullet. With my "addictive" personality, I fear it would suck me in like MySpace did about 6 yrs ago before my account was purged. I felt like a drug addict going thru withdrawals when that era came to an end ... so I just haven't had the compuction to brave FB yet.
Anyway, it's fab to hear from you and I'd love to catch up on your latest. Keep me in the loop, bro ... and my very best wishes to you (as always).
