Dave -- I scoured your Wavecrest 2001 photos for a picture of my car. The only one that I could find was photo 521 Dsc03993 -- not exactly a picture of my car but it is in the background of the shot. I own the 1964 Austin Mini Woody Wagon pictured there and must tell you that I felt rather "sleighted". Do you not consider my car a woodie? There is a picture of another Mini Woody -- an 850 that was parked a few spots from me. I feel that we were among the most unique cars at the show (name another marque with only two entrants) and deserved more photos. But then -- I am not in charge of So Cal Car Culture.com -- anyway -- thought that your pictures were good and captured the flavor of the event (same can be said of your other pages on other events). I hope that the next time you see us (Minis) out there that you take a few more shots. Thanks for listening.

Hi Dave, Great looking site. Four Irish guys and an English man are visiting the West Coast from the 29th Oct until the 19th Nov 03. We hope to attend the Fuel & Gas Finals in Bakersfield, NHRA Nats at Pomona and the Goodguys Show in Scottsdale as well as lots of Rod & Custom shops and museums. If anybody can help us with out trip, we sure would appreciate it . . . MO

A most excellent site. Truly a labor of
love. I don't know if you take requests
for info, but back in the early 90s', I
picked up an Oldsmobile brochure at a
car show. It was more like a booklet and
each page had info & simple schematics
of all the new Oldsmobile cars. I was
wondering if any scans are available,
especially of the early 1990s' Oldsmobile Ninety Eight. Like a fool I
threw my copy out soon after I got it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Great site you've got there Dave.I'm a big fan of your cars and trucks ads section.I found it to be one of the best ways to show my kids how people use to live back then.I have always told them that car design was poetry in motion,They dont need any further proof than this,I rest my case.I've added your site to my favorites.Merci beaucoup!(Thank's a lot)from Québec city,Province of Québec,Canada.

Hi Dave, Thanks so much for all the work you've done to share all of this with the whole world. Quite awesome! The Cadillac page is inspiring. I have a "71 Coupe DeVille that's quite nice to start with and will get better once I get the garage built. I don't have a clue about how you guys do this stuff, all I can say is please don't stop. Thanks again, Gary

Helloo Dave,
Just dropped in from Oz, off the Woodies Group, to have a look around. The woodie stuff is tremendous. I've just made your woodie index page my home page so I can keep up with your latest and not have to go looking for the link.

See ya from Downunder (Up on top?)

Hi Dave, Just found your site today.
Was surprised to see my car, from about
a year ago, at the Weinersnitzel Cruise.
It is listed under Muscle Cars. I
noticed the copyright stuff at the
bottom. Would it be okay if I added a
couple of your pictures to my website?
It is nothing right now, but I will be
adding to it in the future. Thanks,
Joe P.S. My car is the silver '69 Nova
