My 'picture world' has undergone a major update. I added pictures to the following albums:

Java + Bali, Indonesia 2001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(33 new pics)
Canada - West 1994&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&n ... sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(17 new pics)
Paris 2003&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&n ... sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(10 new pics)

...and some new pictures in the 'family section'.

Nice site, I enjoyed reading the posts.

Thank you so much for giving me one of the many votes that helped me get 1st place in the night shot contest.

When I submitted that photo, it was of course my favorite from my choices to submit but I had no idea that it would do so well. I certainly was not expecting a top 10 place.

All the nice votes and comments like yours are encouraging me to continue my work with photography and strive for better images.

I have been busy until today and have not been able to thank you earlier but I see now that Fotki is starting 2 new contests. If you decide to particitpate in one of them, I wish you good luck.
