I would love some edgy photos, the trouble is.. too many people here associate "edgy" with "lets see how disgusting we can get showing our genitals with objects shoved in them.." or simulating such photos. I am not impressed, and only amused by the fact that they think it is edgy. What is really sad is that, in the shadow of such garbage, truely edgy work would be seen as offensive.. case in point is Sandy's entry a few contests ago.
So, in the contest as it is.. I will revel in the beauty of this photo as it is the best in the show.
Hey Trish! How the devil are you? I do hope you remember me?! ....Ive been working on cruise ships for the last year so have neglected Fotki- my bad!! I go back to work on Disney Wonder this weekend for another 8 months...guess what our main port in Nassau!! ha ha I thought of you.

I'm just catching up on some friends I've neglected for far too long. Your photos as always are a complete inspiration to me. Nati looks wonderful ... I hope both you and she are finding her time at college a positive experience. If she's living away I bet you miss her dreadfully.
Take care, and thanks again for displaying such splendid photos.
I was gone on a week vacation up at my uncle & aunt's house where we had a fun time with lots of relatives that showed up there. My dad even got to plow a few acres of soy beans and they were picking some of the corn but it is still got a lot of moisture in it and takes a lot to dry it. Had really nice weather but now I guess it is suppose to get cold soon here which I don't look forward to. Tonight -my dad & I started laying some of the floor in the new house in the diningroom, then we will do the floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms; and then we'll have Home Depot put in the carpet in the bedrooms and livingroom :-) :-) No bites yet on the farm house but I think if we get the new house done quick, -maybe it would be easier to sell because more people are in the market for that type of house than for a farm. We'll I just wanted to give you a little update and also I wanted to wish all a very HAPPY AND JOYOUS THANKSGIVING DAY :-) :-) :-) :-) Praise God for all the great things he has done for us :-) Take care friend and keep in touch! :-)smiley Paul ...God bless! http://public.fotki.com/smileatu/its_me/smileyniceday.html
Thank you for viewing my photos. I'm glad you like them. Just recently, I've decided to make more photos of people and only the landscapes. The subject has limitless variations.
Since people stealing my pictures on the net - contest or not ... I will have a watermark on my pictures. If you don't know the reason behind my action no need to leave such a briefing comment. You should comment my work not that stupid watermark... or don't comment at all.
SORRY LADY...if you cannot take negative comments.....get real ok...watermarks on a CONTEST photo is a NO...pls do not be so rude as well....life is too short.....i gave you a detailed comment on your photo...
....if you are so afraid for people stealing your photos stay away from the net !! all my best.. trish~
I just came by to see what was new, enjoyed looking at your photos. My work these day are mostly for photo illustrations for books, CD Covers, card art.
Meet Drib2, the new version of Drib. Drib2 has all the features you've come to expect of Drib plus no significant improvements. Be assured that your FOD card is just as valuable on Drib2 as it was on Drib.
Has looked your photos, landscapes, palm trees, fine evening declines, very beautifully, at once it wanted to float in the sea. Has enjoyed very much from your works.
This is what happens when I haul the camera along with me on my way to work. Hopefully it's worth a couple oohs and aahs :-) Hope your weekend's been pleasant.
It's been more than a year since turning myself in a passive mode here on Fotki... The main reason is a tremendous growth of activity at Zorz Studios resulting from greater exposure, increasing referrals and bookings, taking on new artistic projects, travel, establishing a shared location in our Manhattan studio, and active presence on Facebook.
I would love to make a comeback to Fotki to share all the spectacular work we did... but need to allocate time for that - a seemingly impossible task nowadays...
