Hey mate, I saw a great TV show today on Monty Halls' Great Escape, this cool dude who wanted to explore the west coast of Scotland from the base of a small cottage. After many years of waiting, this was filmed in one of the most beautiful of all the stretches of coastline in the region, Sand Bay, Applecross.

I missed the first half hour and I'm hoping it'll be a series, it was just fantastic, all about crofts and crofting, i thought of you & Myra straight away.

What would we do with our best friend !!
We took Simba for hydro therapy yesterday as he has arthritis
he took to the water like a duck ( a true Labrador all 38.5 kgs )
We have just had the first heavy rain for 2 months which will fill my water tanks .
