Thank you Talla for inviting me to your very artistic album of St. Brigitte's. I so enjoyed the tour. I felt like I was right inside that magnificent structure. You are so good with your camera! Have a wonderful week my dear friend:)

Hi Nataly,

I LOVED your light and shadows album. You were right to say we seem to see things in the same way. I will come back and look through it more slowly. Thank you for inviting me. It is a very refreshing album. I love architecture.

Smiles

Hi Nataly,
I browsed through several of your albums and enjoyed them very much. I love the shots you took of the convent. Historical sites like that are so interesting. You captured the details so well. Thanks for sharing.

Re: St. Birgitta's Light & Shadows
I just watched a slideshow of the entire album and loved every image. Great light and shadow and color and texture... and the few photos with people added another set of contrasts today vs yesterday the solidity of the architecture vs the soft fleeting beauty of the visitors.
The album made me want to visit (even though there would be no need to take more photos) and makes me want to play with these images in my photoshop efforts (although nothing could be improved and really nothing should be changed!)
Nice to hear from you,
Joel

Hello dear Nataly

It did cross my mind that you might have been on holiday. I hope it was a good one and that you are now nicely rested.

Thank you for responding to my question and thank you for regarding me as your friends (feels nice). I think I might be less active for a little while as I spoiled my self with a new camera and a new PC. I am now the proud owner of the biggest IMac OS X (Tiger) there was in the shop.

I wanted a camera I can just put in my pocket and point and shoot and get good photos. So now I have a Olympus U770 SW. It is waterproof up to 10 metres, so I can dive with it and take pictures of a clownfish, all I have to do now is learn how to scuba dive:). It is shockproof so I can drop from 5ft but I don't know if I want to do that:). It is heat- and freezeproof. All I have to do now is learn how to take a deacent picture with it. Oh yes I will still use my Canon EOS, but I won't/can't take it with me in bad weather.

I am getting the grips with the IMac too. The only thing is I can't upload my photos to Fotki yet, none of the uploaders they adivice Mac owner to use work or they want money for it. I can upload the photos one by one but that takes a whole day if I have a lot to upload. I did write to Customer Service about it and hope that they give me some good news.

I know you don't work with the team that fixes things. Sometimes I just use your shoulder to cry on that's all.

I did wonder though if you had put my contest sugestion "faces" forward as I could/can not see it anounced for future contests. People seem to like the idea. It should be a funny one - I hope.

Wishing you a good week
Love
Christel
