Thank you so much for your Easter wishes, Udo.  We both hope you had a thoroughly enjoyable and pleasantly memorable weekend of your own.  It's great to be back among old friends and family.  It will be even nicer when all these darned cardboard boxes are gone...

    Fond Regards,

    ~Diz & Dizzette

Good pictures deserve comments and you have a talent and a good eye for photography. Switzerland has everything I love, mountains, rivers and lakes and forests. I have been to many beautiful places so far, but the only place where I didn't miss a thing from home was British Columbia. Might be because of the cordial people and because the landscape is very similar to Switzerland. My childhood dream came true over there, I saw Orcas in their natural habitat. To my shame I have to say that I haven't seen a lot of eastern europe until today. On my 'places to see' list I also have Lithuania and Latvia. Moose, beautiful big impressive animals I saw them while traveling around Sweden more then 25 years ago.  As far as I know the Baltic States have a healthy moose population, so good luck, but be careful a canadian park ranger told me that most attacks of wild animals in Canada occur with moose, they are afraid of nothing to protect their offspring.
