:) thank you for stopping by sis! I was looking through your albums and I feel your thickness...yes detangling can be a chore but it will get a bit easier ( I know it sounds crazy! ) when its long enough to detangle in sections. Then you'll be able to braid each section up after you detangle it so that it does'nt retangle :) happy Journey girl!
Nice to see you've been on your journey for awhile & have very nice progress! Your hair is absolutely beautiful and looks so healthy! Thanks for sharing.
Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my album! The afro detangler did leave my hair moisturized all day. At first when it was drying if felt a bit hard, and I was disappointed, but once it was fully dry, I could really see the results. My hair was moisturized all day and the next day too. It was a very heavy product, which was evident when I went to shampoo the next day. It gave my hair sheen, but I guess I'm used oil in my hair and expected a lil more shine. All in all, it's a good product. Let me know how you like it!!
Hey sweetheart! Thanks for stopping by and the kind words you left!
Two things.... I anchored my puff with a black knee high. Sometimes I get those really thin headbands like you see on my hair around the perimeter and double it. I like those better than the more rounded ones in shape. These last longer and does not stretch out of shape as much.
The Denman depends on what you want to use it for. I prefer the D3 for detangling and styling. It clumps the curls way more than the D41. But the D41 leaves more of your natural clumps together and does not cause as much shrinkage because it does not detangle and separate the strands much. When my hair gets to be more than 12 inches long, I will use it more. But right now I don't use it as much.
