Thanks for your comments on my garden. It has inspired me to open a folder for this year's developments. Thanks for sharing some of the delights of your family, too. That is equally hard work! I wish I'd had a digital when my two were growing up!

Thank you so much for giving me one of the many votes that helped me get 1st place in the night shot contest.

When I submitted that photo, it was of course my favorite from my choices to submit but I had no idea that it would do so well. I certainly was not expecting a top 10 place.

All the nice votes and comments like yours are encouraging me to continue my work with photography and strive for better images.

I have been busy until today and have not been able to thank you earlier but I see now that Fotki is starting 2 new contests. If you decide to particitpate in one of them, I wish you good luck.
