Stitched panoramic image usually made of 2 to 9 photos. So you need to take with your camera about 2-9 photos. Each photo should be taken with 30%-50% overlapping of previous one. After you made the set of photos you need to stitch them all with software (any panoramic stitching tool, i.e some of them: PTGui or the freeware one from microsoft "Image composite editor")
