I've enjoyed looking through your photos and website. My grandfather, Robert Sangster came to Canada from Rogart with his wife Wilhemina and their four young children: my father William and his younger brother Alan were born here and grew up at the Duke of Sutherland's farm in Brooks Alberta. I have been to Rogart and seen the farm where the Sangsters lived. (Rovie Farm)
I wished i'd been able to stay longer and nose around more. My eldest sister went to Scotland a few years back and took pictures of our great grandparents graves in the Golspie cemetery.I hope to get back there some day and spend some time meeting with the old timers but until then you've kept me entertained for a few hours.

I'm from Brisbane and my sister (Kay) recently startet as a teacher at either the Farr or Betty Hill primary school and i stumbled across your w/site...it looks as nice as she describes it...she's made a lot of new friends there already,her students love to look at the pics she has of her home and family back in Oz....anyway ,thanks for your site,it's great...i've saved it in fav's.
