Thanks for the note in my guestbook and your vote in the "best Photo" contest. Your plant photos are wonderful!

The main difference between shooting plants and butterflies is you can plan your plant photos and arrange them so your background is best and you can even wait to get the best light if patient enough. Shooting butterflies is mostly very fast timing and being in the right place at the right time. Suns out its warm got to get out and do some shooting! Later.

Marc, ik ben onder de indruk van je collectie en het feit dat je de foto's beschikbaar maakt. Ik heb zelf een hand vol caudiciforms.... en een Japanse(Zen) tuin, genaamd Tsubo-en. We hebben dus e.e.a. gemeen. Het allerbeste daar in Tokyo. Wellicht bezoek ik je nog eens !

Yeah, there is no doubt there's chemistry between you and your plants...I like all kinds of pics but especially pics of people and places. However I like your plant pics ofcourse, I don't know, the way you take them they seem to have a soul just like any person....
