A note of appreciation to each of you who took the time to view and comment on my CURIOSITY (typewriter) photo. If this or any of my photos made you think or laugh then I have been successful. Being more of a "words and ideas" person, I love to USE photography, but rarely take the time to PERFECT it in the way that the contest-winners do so well; for this reason I cherish the half-dozen comments that tell me that someone is "hearing" me. I invite you to see more of my ideas in any of my open albums, and I look forward to "visiting" yours. Travel and work are eating most of my time right now, but eventually I will return the time you have given me.

If Superman is your hero, I have to figure that he plays hockey. But where would you play him; offense or defense?

I didn’t realize until a few days ago that we also lost the Long Beach Ice Dogs. I’m now have to drive over 200 miles for a minor league game, but I’m not ruling that out.

It wasn’t as clear, as it is for Hogwild, as to whether you’re an Icehogs fan, or of some other team in the league, or just a hockey fan. But if you were rooting for the Hogs, Congratulations!
