Orly, thanks for visiting your city through my eyes... For some reason I did not get any e-mail notifications on your comments, I guess that there's no perfect site. I took those pictures in 4 visits to Haifa, and unfortunately the weather in all of them was extremely high, and the visibility was usually very bad. I'm glad that I had one afternoon with a better visibility to be able to take those panoramic views. I did not fly over Haifa, but used the x12 zoom of my camera instead... I guess it's about the same as in your camera. I hope to be able to take more pictures in Haifa in the future and add them to this album. I even do not have pictures of the Technion where I spent 5.5 years of my life...
Dear Orly, you know,Jerusalem like some drug for me,I have a kind of addiction to this city .Besides it there are a lot of excursions in different hidden places,I 'm still not saturated... Regards Leonid
Dear Orly! Cyprus is a beautiful place, as you found out. The Troodos mountains have great charm of their own. From the bautiful pictures, I can clearly see that you had a great time, especially since there was still a lot of snow there. I went to Cyprus much later in the year when the snow had more or less disaappeared; however, I did enjoy the drive around the mountain.As always your album is a treat to the the viewer. I particularly enjoyed the pictures of the church and the women with the flowers. Great work, Orly. But, then, I do not expect less. Best wishes, Suresh
Hi Orly; I watched the slideshow about Isreal's first decade. It is marvelous collection of inspiring photos. The people are so very interesting and the views are wonderful. It does not seem when you look to the pics that it was that long ago.... Good luck with your thesis, love and hugs;Kelly:)))
Hi Orly It was super to hear from you!! I am glad you liked the small album from our holiday. That buffalo was so cool and is one of my fave pics from the area. I had trouble to decide what to put up of the wedding but thought the three of them was the best as Nahanni is already here, it was so fun to be a Nana for a few days in person.
