It might be interesting, if you feel like it, to check out the lengthy message I left in drib's gb explaining my reasons for my choice of photo in the family fun contest. Behind the smiles I've kept on working ... and laughing....You want some beads ??
hey there, thanks for thinking of me, it was an hour and a half away from me and my family! We are very freaked out, a mile long tornado, yikes! I always wanted to move out of kansas, tornado alley, but never had the chance, my husband has a good job here, so we'll have to hang tough! I've seen lifewatch helicopters fly over, headed to major hospitals in the city, and large convoys of army trucks going out west to help dig, and find any missing people, which they found a person sunday alive, and a lady alive yesterday, can you believe how long they were waiting for rescue, and help clean up whats left of the town, which is not much, like 10-15% left! I am very nervous of this upcoming season, but not much we can do, just keep a close eye on the weather! I can't believe you remember I am from kansas, great memory, thanks again for your concern! Your friend michelle (right now as I type to you, I saw seven helicopters fly over, headed out west to help, Eerie!)
thanks for the nice comment you left for me in the Fotki B&W contest. I have been browsing your albums.....STUNNING work!!!!!

Delighted to hear from you. Thanks for the congrats. It is a bit overwhelming as I don't really enter to win I just like the fun of taking part and thinking what else I could do with the topic. Site malfunction meant I couldn't reply to people's comments and currently it's crashing every 5 min. Still, it's not bad for the price ! In fact, I think it's exceptionally good.
Thank you for your kind remarks on my photos. I have taken your suggestion regarding the price list and I appreciate the fact that you cared enough to make the suggestion.
I like your photos and was pleased to learn that you are graduating to a SLR. That will open up possibilities to you that are tough to get with a point and shoot. With your "eye" and this better tool, we can look forward to even better work from you. I struggled against these limits myself in the past.
Thanks again, Michael Dougherty, Compton, Arkansas
Napomo, thank you for your feedback. Feedback from Fotkins is very valuable to us. Of course, we cannot immediately apply all changes suggested, but they are collected and stored to be used in the further development and improvement of our features.
Some questions and request are possible to reply right now: 1. Black and White contest is a contest for grayscale photos, just black and white and nothing more. It has been added to the description. 2. We shall have special Sepia Photos contest and B&W with a spot (selective) color contest in the future. 3. Skip option. Skip means skip and not a zero vote; and it does not affect the average. 4. Skip button. We will move it to another place.

It is soooooo good to see so much "Polish" on the albums. You have branched out beautifuly, and not always in expected directions. My hat is off to you!!!
While both Dr E and I appreciate your comment, let's be careful about whom you are calling sexy in my beach contest photo. The women in the center is my wife, Penny, and the lump lying on the ground next to her is me. (Which proves that Dr E and I are not the same person!) Yes, the girl on the far left is one hot babe, but don't let my wife find out that I said so.
