This is a really unique and valuable place on the internet. As I am interested in DAF (and related brands) I have discovered a lot of info I had not found anywhere else!

MvG Co
Your hobby is focussing on model trucks, but I thought I would drop in for some advice anyway.
I am interested in getting a remote control Jeep Wrangler or off-road model jeep. Do you have any suppliers in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany that you can recommend?
Maybe you know people who focus on remote control cars that can give me some advice?
Your feedback will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Can you help me get a copy of the instructions for the Italeri Iveco Delivery truck? I can see a pic of the kit but I do not know how to get into the comments section.
I am interested in obtaining information on European Timber trailers for the pupose of hauling logs. I build in my spare time 1/25 scale logging trailers and rigs from variuos parts of the globe, and am very interested in the type of trailers such as the one depicted as snap together 1/32 Timber Trailer manufactured bt ESCI a few years back. Since I live in the Pacific Northwest of ther USA I have acess to a lot of different logging rigs both on the road and in museums in this area.
Would be very grateful for any information on the logging industry over there and would be willing to exchange phots of various logging trucks here for pictures from over there. It does not matter which country they are from as long as they are logging pictures.
Hey Arjay, I finished building a Heavy Duty Wrecker, AMT Mack RM600, and scratchbuilt Holmes W-45 Boom setup with a Braden 30T Dragwinch. Somebody sent me a link to your Car Modeler Magazine Article about the Tidewater Trucker build. I am astounded, as I had never seen this build before, and didn't know an article existed. Mine was done the hard way from internet pics, some book reference, and from looking at a couple of live trucks. I feel as if I had part in reinventing the wheel. I am glad that I felt the pain of doing the build in my own way. It is different than any other truck that I have ever seen. I think mine may have a higher level of detail than the CM build. My build is shown with event coverage from NNL East, in Model Cars Mag. I have a album of pics of my build. www.fotki.com/willseagraves. Thanks for posting the magazine scans. Hi Will, thanks for sharing. Fantastic Mack Wrecker you have build there. As are your other models.
id like to find the big pappa race truck or the hauler ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Steve, Then you'd need to look for the 'Super Boss' race truck and the hauler is called the 'Papa Truck'.....I suggest Ebay for these kits. I saw these trucks in real life somewhere in 1980/81 over here in the Netherlands.....too bad I never made pictures of them. Regards, Arjan
Many thanks for your help with REVELL assemled manual!
