Man thats a REALLY NICE workshop you have there. An EMCO compact 5 lathe and a mill as well as a Lathe /mill combo!!! I'm jealous LOL. I'm planning to get a lathe and mill hopefully within the next year or so for my model projects It's nice to be able to make your own one off pieces. Incredible work your doing on your model builds amazing detail. I was especially impressed with all of your wire wheels. Keep up the outstanding work.
Hallo, dear Mister Sean! :) Thank you very much for the comment of my work. :) My work very modest to compare about yours "1/12th scale Fulgerex Mercedes SSK". Yours work very much greater because uses many materials and metal. Metal is much more complex, than plastic. I know precisely! And I was glad to see your son Josh and its model. Yes! :) I single, at me was not present children. But if at me the son I will be glad if it will have desire to models. Good luck! I shall be happy see your albums with new photo in the next time. :) Sorry for my English language and long message. :) Thank you. Yours faithfully, Nick from Russia.
You do some fantastic work, my friend. I, too, build Pochers for clients. I am in amazement of your work, and your studio, and could only wish to be able to have that kind of a work area. I applaud you. Alex
Hi Thanks for the kind words I had a look at you gallery on the Armortek site and what can I say but WOW !!! You details are Awesome !! It will still be quiet some time yet before I recieve my Tiger 1 but it's great to know so many of you guys out there will help with advise . Many thanks Sean
I want to give you a compliment of your fantastic model work from the other side of our planet! I live in the Netherlands in Europe and have allmost finished building my Armortek Mid version Tiger1. I converted it to an Early version, see the Gallery! My Tiger1 is absolutely not standart because I have used parts from Vince Abbott, Lucien Runge, Pete Ferl, Mike Stanard, Dave Griffith and Armorpax which made the T1 high detailed and a lot more expensive! I have a high detailed barrel with a beautifull muzzle break (piece of art) and made a recoil system which works with Co2! The build is now 4 years on its way and still there are these little items to do! Lots of succes with building your Tiger1 and I hope you will share some photo's with us Tank maniacs!
Best regards, Matthijs
P.s. I am a bit puzzled because this "Fotki" site is in Dutch????
