Oops! Didn't mean to spoil the game for your daughter. Glad to see that I am not the only dad who continues to take pictures of their daughters while they are in college. Actually, the daughter who was in the UH Band graduated two years ago. Mr. Bertman, the Band Director, has let me stick around as the official volunteer photographer. It is a lot of fun. It lets me get get behind the scenes and on the field for some really nice candid shots. Sometimes I travel with the Band. Obivously I did not get to go to MS this year. Maybe we will meet each other at a game one day. Holler if you ever get to Houston.
Yes for some people it's been a real big deal. One girl had some of her photos circulately widely (without her knowledge) that brought a lot of unwanted traffic and comments to her site.
Thanks, Mike, for stopping by my albums. I hope you enjoyed them. We have a common interest in theater, although I was only a sometimes photographer. Usually I worked as a stage manager, lighting designer, or sometimes a director. Some of it was in professional theater, but most was in various community theaters.
