Hello Chicoro, Some ladies where talking about your three layer moisturizing regimine on black hair media.com. It's a really good idea. Does the water based moisturizer have to be liquidy? I've been using Suave humectant conditioner mixed with glycerin and water as a daily moisturizer and I usually mix it to a looser creamy consistancy. I seal with either mango butter, olive oil or coconut oil...whichever I have on hand. I also have braid spray. Which of these procusts would you recommend I stick with and in what order?
    -----------------------
Yes, it should be liquidy, thin and easy for your hair to absorb. What you have IS water based. I changed up some of your combinations a bit. Here is what I would suggest based upon the information that you have provided and the ingredients you say that you have:

Order: 1.)Glycerin and Water 2.) Cheap conditioner with olive oil and braid spray (optional) mixed together 3.) Mango Butter/Shea Butter/Coconut oil. What do you think?
    -------------------

That sounds pretty good. I'm waring braids now so I'll have my sister experiment with this and see how it works.

first of all, i would like to say that u have some beautiful hair!! i had came across your hair album today on www.blackhairmedia.com u had mentioned on a post called the official natural hair growth challenge that u should try bunning on stretched hair, does that really work? because i want to start bunning my hair without putting any gel on it because my edges are thin, and i would like to moisturize my edges without having gel on them. i'm just curious to know do u have any tips that u can give me to make a neat bun without using any products besides gel. thanks.
