My family and I lived in Woodruff Acres for 17 years before moving to Spencer then to Kenna. I have been to and through many a small town in my travels, but non so near and dear to my heart as the wonderful town of Ripley. The memories it holds of visiting my grandparents who lived in one of the oldest houses in Ripley according to the Jackson Herald and of going to the carnival that was then in the old Hecks parking lot (I believe) will be cherished forever!
