Thanks for checking in... :) I guess one of these days I'll update. During the summer months, I really don't do much of anything. Wash separate curl and go... I have not had a retwist since May, and don't plan to do one until October when I go to Jamaica for a few weeks.. I'll keep you posted tho.
I will have an album up soon documenting my daughters results. I started hers with braids about a month ago. We just did her first retwist.. :)

I am 2 months into my braid locs. They still look like just braids but I love them. I have done one tightening so far and love how that refreshes the braids. I'll take pics soon.

Hey there Kstyle, you really inspire me with your weightloss... I have ben trying to get this weight off forever it seems and nothing seems to work. I eat well and exercise but it seems to just be my baseline, I have to nearly starve myself and workout like a crazed mad woman to see any results. Since I work 14 hour days that is not an option, but either way it is great to see your progress and I am loving those raw/vegan recipes for real. Keep up the good work.
