And thanks for stopping by and leaving such nice comments. As for nc.com, yeah I know I'm slipping but I decided that I need to put as much effort and research into my health and weight as I do my hair so I've been trying to focus on that. I'll pop in my more ;-)

i use creme of nature shampoo and i dont like it!
i think that it is because of the cones. What do they do to your hair?
I have just learned about cones but you stated that you stay away from sulfate and i was wondering what type of toll does it take on your hair/
