Hi Kev: Yes, in response to your comment in my gb about the horrific situation here at Yale University, its been rough on all of us. Such a terribly sad thing to have happen to someone so young with her entire life just beginning. The family stayed here (on campus) until her body was released to be sent back to CA where she is from for her proper buriel. The accused is being held at the largest maxium security prison in New England (MacDougall-Walker Correctonal institute in Suffield, CT). Police don't think they will ever know the reasons for all this. Thanks for your thoughts Hugs as always to you my friend Susi
Hi my wonderful and talented New York friend - I haven't been here is so long - no excuse except busy all the time. Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment on the Newport, RI bridge shot - I loved that bridge - well, as much as a person could "love" a bridge...lol...I love the GW too....but this bridge heading into Newport was fantastic...and to see it from the water was great too...not just driving over it .... I just got in from being in Jersey with my son and grandsons for the Jewish New Year - this Italian grandma has to celebrate every holiday...it was great to see them again ... growing too fast...so how is life treating you...Yale was a sad place around the entire campus over the murder last week...such a total shame for absolutely everyone involved...so many lives ruined. Hi my NY friend - how's everything going - I made my very first trip across The Verrazano Bridge on Sat night on our way back from New Jersey. Then I went to Brooklyn....it was fun...never was there before either. Went to a neat pub on Atlantic Ave ... "Chip Shop".... best fish n chips since being in London. My son and dtr-in-law knew of this place so we made a stop.... I see the little guys (yours and mine) celebrated their 5th birthdays again....they are growing so quickly....and aren't they cute...
