Scotty: How the heck are ya? It's been way too long for not visiting with you. My family has been in racing for as long as I can remember...my uncle, cousin, and brother. I always was in the pits with the guys, now I'm a fan in the stands and Nascar is a trip and a half....no joke....such speed...such noise....I love it!
Have a wonderful holiday season...make sure at some point you get to a Nascar race - you will love it.

Well John I returned as promised and want to thankyou for your efforts to educate the likes of poor souls like me who just dream of such a life.I have in the past had an interest in lapidary with a crazy notion that one day I will go opal mining or gold dredging.Maybe one day I will.

Just dropped in to see what's new. I love your northern lights photos. We lived in Vancouver when Mt. St. Helen's exploded and it jolted us out of bed. We had dust everywhere for a year after so I can just imagine how bad it was for you living so close. No wonder you moved.
