On regards to the products, I still use the Giovanni conditioner, I love it and it really makes my hair soft. I recommend using it on wet hair for better results.
Also about the Body Shop Shamp and Cond, sadly I don't use them anymore. But it did make my hair feel soft at the time.

thanks for stopping by my album, i've been incognito for awhile sorry for taking so long.

While wearing sew-ins I have had a full head where no hair was left out and i have had a front piece left out for blending. It just depends on what I am trying to achieve. You don't have to have any hair out though.
