I am writing as many sisters as possible to let them know about a recent experience I had. A few days ago, I went into a local Great Clips to get my ends lightly dusted. Their employee cut the back of my hair. She is downplaying the effects her actions had on my hair and on me. The company is playing a game; calling me to collect information and cover themselves legally, but not to gain a full understanding of what damages were really done. They are not apologetic and they do not in the least seem truly concerned with how I have been affected by their employee's actions.
For every sistah who has ever gone in for a trim and come out with a cut - I am going forward with a lawsuit. Please pass the word. (There is a likelihood that in sending this message out to so many people that I will reach an employee of Great Clips or someone who knows an employee of Great Clips.
