It was a pleasure meeting you & Chip and listening to the judges talking about your model as i took pics! You arenow part of the GSL family and sincerely hope to see you in 2013. That VW was fabulous and i can send you a picof the three of them going over your model if you like. This comes from a guy who isn't into VW's. Pat Bibeau
Well thank you Pat. GSL was the best modeling time I've ever had. I am planning on being there in 2013. I would love to have the photo of them going over my bug. Thank you. Must have been great having a front row seat to the judging.
Hi, Thanks alot for posting the pics from GSL for us who can not make the trip. I have bumped into you at NNL Toledo over the years but never got a chance to talk to you.(Your always busy-LOL) I will be checking out more around your fotki as time allows Cheers Chuck
Hey Gary, Thanks for posting the NNL East pics on the Board. Someday I need to get to one of the bigger NNL's! Take care and good luck with your projects!
Noticed you on a friend's Facebook friends list. You do some great work, and I loved the piece you had in Feb 2011 Scale Auto. Great work.. Hope to do that caliber of work some day..
You do amazing work, I am thinking about picking up the detail masters door hinge kit, do you have any photos on how these work and how they look on. thanks e-mail me please :)
Thanks Richard. I have assembled the door hinge kit but have not had the opportunity to put them to use. The best I can give you on installation right now is to check out the photos on my 66 beetle. This is what I used as my design for the hinges. Should be very similar.
Thanks Roy. It's a pleasure getting a thumbs up from a fellow modeler, (and Plastic Fanatic publisher) whom I've looked up to for so many years. Look for the Predator in an upcoming issue of Model Cars Magazine. I know you read this one.
Great modeling projects and finished models, just superb!!! The LM Enzo is one of my favorites and the cartoon Corvette Grand Sport 004 among the many other great models, keep the magnificent works coming!!!!!!!!
Thanks. At 3 models a year I should be spilling out cars until I'm about 385 years old. That's based on the number of kits I currently have and if I don't buy any more. Yeah right!
BTW, Thanks for letting me shoot your '66 Bug with the doors all shut during NNL ATL. I'm the squat Asian guy with the tall & pale white friend that was pouring drool all over your cars in Smyrna.
Your models are truly an inspiration. My favorite has to be the beater Caddy. I'm no fan of beaters but yours is done right! I also had no clue you did that insane Enzo as well as that crazy lit up '49 slammer from a couple years back. Man, I think I photographed that Merc till the paint faded!
Can't wait to see what you've got next year on the 14th!
