Hi Eric!!! Chicken,,, that's funny,,, everything tastes like chicken!!! Actually,,, not at all,,, it had lots of flavor from all the organ meats, heart, liver and lung of Pork and mixed with the "Tatties" (mashed potatoes) was outstanding!!! Love Uncle Gary
