    nice pics. liked them alot, im in track so im gettin a idea of whats commin up.im a shot put and discus, shot put because my father has thrown 64' in shot put and is Indiana state champ. im proud to have such a great father.

    I am really looking forward to cheering on my favorite team, as they kick butt in the Heps. Dan I love your sequences in all the events. The techniques are very good. I am presently coaching a young man from Tampa Jesuit who has thown 63'4" inthe shot, and 177' in the discus--of course he is technically very sound.Great pictures!!!SeeYa Soon
