Not so sure about that wing though. It seems just a bit too thick and heavy looking. I started a Pro Touring Mat' many years ago and only got a little way on it. I should start back on it one of these days!
Yeah, the wing has been deleted, just like the funky 3-spoke rims. It was a good idea at the time, but the further I got on the ground effects, the less the wing looked right. I plan on duplicating the first paint scheme once I get all the scratches and other little problems sorted out, this was supposed to be a quick and easy curbside...yeah right!
Hey Mike, Very cool Matador project! I really like the ground effects - they help reduce the visual weight of that big, round body! Looking forward to seeing it completed! You make me want to drag out one of mine and do it too!
Thanks Bob, I hope it comes out well one I get some more paint on it, it's fought me when it comes time to wear some colors. The ground effects were added just to make it a bit more interesting, seems to have worked so far!
You don't wanna watch me sleep, noxious emissions originate from my lower half in my sleep, you're gonna die from the fumes if you stay there long enough!

People get notified, SWAT teams swing into action, and some Redneck gets told "FREEZE OR I'LL BLOW YOUR HEAD OFF!", so really not much more than the normal day around here...
I'm in Whiteville, about 25 Miles from the coast, down near the SC border. I haven't seen all of your stuff yet, but I love that '70 Road Runner, beautiful work!
