hi there and thanks for stopping by , I enjoyed your albums , and to answer your question I take two multivitamins, I take GNC's line of ultra nourish hair dietary supplements and I take Full Circle Hair, Skin, Nails Multivitamin, I get the full circle at a health food store...I'll have to stop by from time and time and see how your natural journey is coming.

most of my short hair styles were done with a banana clip!! and hair gel to sleek back the strands that had minds of their own!!

YEAH! i'm first to sign your guestbook. To answer your question, I do not have a BC date set I am just seeing how long I can go before I do the BC because I really want to be able to do a ponytail when I chop. So I am thinking I will do the BC anywhere between 18- 24 months post relaxer and right now I am 16 months post relaxer. I wish you luck on your transition. It is possible to do a very long transition I have seen other people do it so just stick to your goals and you will be okay.
