SG - they have been inadvertently deleted. Bernie has sent a note through to the Fotki people, but otherwise, we may have to start again. - Cheers, Bronwyn.

All of you had fantastic shots, I didn't leave individual comments otherwise I would have been here all day. Each of you had shots that I would happily buy and frame. Its amazing how each one of you saw things differently. Bernie, it was yours that grabbed my interest most - well done.

hey guys, i am so inspired by your photos!!! i really struggled to see what you guys captured and im so glad the group has been put together so i can learn. its so funny, i actually forgot we were supposed to capture the 'essence' of adelaide!!(although i think the chocolate pic sums it all up!) my photos are so dark, i must have been in a grumpy mood!!! once again i would love to have left positive feedback for each photo they are so cool!!

Stacey - great idea about scrap booking!

With the Essence of Adelaide idea it will be good to see what we came out with. I agree with what John M said to me on Sat, that we need to include people, this is what Coastlands is about - people, families and fun.

I personally don' think I captured Adelaide much myself. I think I took some ok pics but this experience has sort of spurred me on to do learn more. I enjoyed it.

Hi Guys

Click on "Photo Albums" in the menu to just the left. Then under "Public Home", click on the "Adelaide City Night Shoot" folder, then add a "New Album" (from the menu on the left) to upload your photos into.

Call me if you have any questions (0401 124 423).

Cheers

Outing No.2

Hi All.

We're meeting at Coastlands at 2:00pm this Saturday 23 June. After a briefing we'll be heading into the city to get some afternoon and night shots.

Don't forget to bring a tripod (for long nightime exposures).

$50 between us all??? That's not much, happy to contribute but also think we should regularly delete some.

I think it's a great idea to scrapbook a top 50 maybe... I do scrapbooking so would be interested or we could get craft encouragers to do it...

Hi Guys and Girls

been reading through the account details, we get 50MB free. we currently have much more then that, and because we are a new member you do get a 2 week trial. So - our options are to delete stuff after it is up, or we fork out $50 for a yearly membership - $50 US.

any thoughts???

Hi all,
I have just spent half of the evening looking at all of your great pics. You guys did fantastic, I would love to have been there, next time I hope. Keep up the great work, I reckon you could take the best of each of your shots to make a scrapbook. I'm sure we would have a keen scrapbooker in the church who would love to help you put this together.

Hi all,
Didn't realise we could write to each other as well! Sweet, eh? I thoroughly enjoyed our first field trip as a group and look forward to more. Great to all bounce ideas and tips off one another. It is good to see the different flavours amongst the group. I am enjoying looking at everyone's pictures and hope they are all up soon.

Great idea JM - if anyone can work out how to add comments to the photos, let me know. will upload mine a bit later when I can kick Stacy J off the PC. I am on the Mac and the photos are on PC. I had a great time and agree with John - I liked hanging out with all you guys and getting some shots. I have suggested a night shoot next...

Hi All!

I hope you all had as good as time as I did on the first (of what I hope to be many) Coastlense photo outing. Thanks Rob — A great idea!

It was so good to take time out and catch up with people I don’t use get to see, Go for a leisurely walk along the beach and take some pics.

Bernie made a what I thought was a pretty good suggestion on the way home . . . That we all vote for the best pic of the day. Have look at the forum in Fotki.com . . . “Pic of the Day” . . . I’ll put down a few thoughts on how we could do it (If you guys are interested) . . . and everyone can add their suggestions.

I might also open another forum on future shoots. We can all list suggestions.

Take care and keep focused!

Hey Rob!

Nice rainbow. I reckon this site's pretty good. I've had a bit of a look around . . . fiddled with a few things (Nothing that can't be changed I back!)

My only beef so far is I couldn't change the name of "Public Home" to something that was a bit more meaningfull. Guess there's a way to do it???! It's just that we probably need to sort the filing out before everyone starts adding their stuff.
