Yeah I paid for a satellite dish that tunes into the Optus D2 satellite and gets a bunch of free to air programming, mainly the Christian content I'm interested in, which is quite good, at $240 Aussie dollars total cost, one of the best investments I've ever made. Other than that we just get free to air. We are getting more digital channels over here now, I guess you guys have a more advanced setup over there than we do here.
As for doing well, I am an optimist but we have a huge battle on our hands after Broad destroyed us last innings, & you have 1 1/2 days to do us in !!
Yeah he was in a class of his own eh !! We sure miss him now, mind you he's making a good fist of commentating & of course the IPL in India. I don't know if he's commentating on the telecast you get, but he's on ours.
once the Ashes are over we can be friends again, but for now there's too much at stake, our reputation is being savaged in the post Warne/McGrath/Gilchrist/Hayden era !!
No the point with the pitch is that the curator prepared a spin friendly pitch knowing that Aust were likely to pick seamers again as in the last Test, therefore giving the poms an advantage, but I'm only joshing with you, all's fair in love & war as they say. You guys just played better than us & deserve the win, good luck to you. You have the bragging rights mate !!
