Great updates. Have you bought any more camera equiptment? I bought my wife the 18-200mm Sigma lens for her 300D. It works great.

Hi there! I’m sure you don’t mind checking my profile and my cam. Please do visit my personal/business website. (it's on the about me part! thanks!) xoxo
Hola Fotki Friend, As you know, I have put some text beneath some of the photos in my Fotki Friends album. Viviane suggested that maybe I ask for everyone's birthday - which I think is great! And how about a few more pieces of information from you just so people can get to know you better. Like this... D.O.B.: Location: Favorite color: A few of my favorite musicians: Place I'd like to visit most: Happiness is _____________ I like Fotki because _____________
Now you could just copy that, and sign my guest books with your answers. What do you think??? Feel free to add your own questions too... Favorite drink: Favorite team: My pets name is ____________ Anything like that!!! Thanks to Viviane for this GREAT IDEA!!!
Looking forward to getting your responses and incorporating them into the album!!! All the best from here, Rich
You were asking me about the 100-400L IS lens...I love it! First of all it's on the heavy side. Second of all, it's really sharp.
At least 99.9% of my pictures that I uploaded to Fotki are untouched by Photoshop. I took the shot, uploaded to the pc, and uploaded to Fotki.
One thing you have to be aware of with IS lenses, they work better when your subject is stationary!
But as for the lens, I would recommend getting it. I am happy with it.
Finally, think about going to a local camera shop and renting it before you buy it.
Have fun!

Hi Thanx for the visit and comments - we are not military but employed by the US State department as security for the poppy eradication program. Thanx for sharing your photos with us too. Visit again & lovely day Felix13
I love your pictures. I read you About Me section and could help laughing. As you already stated we both have the Canon 20D. The funny thing is I considered buying the Sony T-1 as a carry around camera and went with the Sony DSC-P100 because it felt better in my pants pocket. Prior to the 20D, I had the Canon 300D(Digital Rebel) which is now my wifes camera and before that my first digital camera was the Fuji 4900.
The picture you about was done with my irfan viewer. I don't correct my pictures either the only reason I did some crazy things with those pictures is because the were all bad. I figured why waste them.
What lens do you have for the 20D? All my lens are Canon. I have the EF-S 17-85mm IS, EF 70-300 IS and the EF-S 60mm Macro. The 60mm Macro is the toughest to learn. I also have the Canon 580ex flash. It's by far the greatest flash.
Keep in touch. I added you to my friends list as well.
i think it is great that you are taking the time to share you life with your friends through photos!!! i don't miss out as much this way in all the changes of life.
Brad, Awesome that you want to be in the Fotki Friends album! Can you tell me which picture I should use? I want to make sure it's on that you're in! Rich
