BRAD SUCH WONDERFUL PHOTOS YOU DO HAVE

 Davey's PhotosUnited States wrote: Tuesday, April 8, 2008 - 11:24 AM

Hi Brad,

The 100-400 fell in the Ocean in the Bahamas and Canon said it was beyond repair and my home owners did not cover the loss.
So I figured what the hell :)

Hi Brad,

How are you?
I saw you visited my page today, so I thought I'd just say hello.
I've been so lazy, maybe it's the winter blues.
I'm really hoping the 5D Mark II is announced soon. I really want to shoot full frame.
Are you liking your Mark III more than your 5D now?

I really like your albums, I read your bio and realized that you are where I want to get with photography! I am just purchased a Nikon D80 and am trying to learn all I can about digital SLRs. (this is why I like fotki) I can look at others people work and see how My pictures are lacking or what I can do to improve. If you have any suggestion or comments please feel free to correspond.

Hi Brad,

You were in Central Park a couple of weeks ago. So was I.
I always chase after the black squirrels when I see them. The are so cool
Are you ready for Canon's announcement at the end of the week?

The Olympus E3 look so interesting. That with the 150mm f/2.0 you will be able to shoot 300mm f/2.0 Image Stabilized and the weight will be around 5 lbs total. The lens is only 6 inches long too.

Thank you for such a quick response!
I just came from your other site, and it's great, you have really beautiful photos. I will explore more by time. Just too complicate (for me) to leave comment there.

Thank you also for kind offer to help - I will eventually have questions. I just realised few months ago, when I find Fotki site, how much I need to learn to improve my little hobby. Natasha

Hi Brad,

Thanks. I love the 35mm. It's a dream.
The 135 is also incredible. Sharp wide open.

Hi Brad,
I'm sorry I'm so lazy.
I really need to start posting again.
All my pictures are uploaded but hidden because I became very picky and don't want to post them all.
I can't wait to get my 85mm. Do you like it better than the 50mm?
Dave

Hi Brad,

Sorry I haven't been around much and didn't answer you sooner.
I considered the 5D but bought the 40D out of need more than anything else.
I'll probably wait for the 5D replacement even though it's only $2200 now,
The new rebate isn't all that great,
I did take the plunge and ordered the 85mm today. :) Do you have it?
