Ive been going through your page and I LOOOVE your hair! We have similar hair textures, but mine is still pretty short at the moment. The back was a bit damaged before, so thats even shorter now. I was just wondering if you had any tips on a washing and styling routine. I feel like I have good products, but I dont really know what to do with them. I just wash my hair as a whole loose, dont really know what to do to it at night, etc.
Hey there: Just wanted to say that I enjoyed viewing your albums. Your hair is gorgeous and it's truly an inspiration for me. I will be adding you as a friend.
Hi, I really enjoyed looking thru your album. Yr texture seems similar to mine & many of your styles remind me of my own regimen - I can't wait till my hair is as long as yours. I am also struggling with moisture retention & avocado oil seems to work (whenever I can get it). Raw, unrefined shea butter is now my staple. I use it to moisturize, DC and seal and it seems to have stopped all the breakages on my ends. Good luck in your hair journey.
I just read your hair story, have you figured out what to do about your ends? Mine are a miserable mess. No matter what I do they still split, knot, or just look jacked up.I keep cutting and cutting, but it doesn't seem to help.
You have truly inspired me! thank you so much for posting about the heat damage on your hair. I have done the same thing to mine, and have been natural for about 3 years now. I have used heat on my hair off and on since I started, and I too have a a whole in my temple area/hairline esp. on the right side. I'm gng to do the BC again on thurs. to rid myself of all the straight hair. Please contact me via email: mnd7mnd7@gmail.com or via facebook. I can give you my username. i would love to know more about your journey because I too am struggling and wish i hadn't ruined my poor edges.
