Yet again Singh has fired his lawyer, and the court case is now delayed to the spring of 2009. Our justice system is bullsh*t. He'll play the game as long as possible, and will at some point probably flee to Pakistan to live out his days as a free man

In the continuing saga of "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied", Singh has fired his lawyer and got a new lawyer, so......the Dec. 11th trial didn't happen. His new lawyer needs time to prepare a defence, and will go to court mid-April 2008 to get a new trial date, tentitavely for mid-June 2008. Meanwhile we, and a dozen other victims, are again put on hold.

Hello, well I was talking to Eunice and she had said that there was a site for Rob. I never knew about this and I have so many pics that I'm sure would be greatly appreciated on here.
One of the pics is labelled Danielle and Rob Thibert. Very cute! Its actually my name and Goat's (RoB) last name is Gordon. Well let me know where I can send all the pics that I have and as soon as I can I will send them.
I was very fortuante to be able to have known Rob myself and our last talk has always stayed in my hand as his advice helped me out so much. I will always miss u Rob. Like Brian said we all needed him down here but he was needed somewhere else just a little bit more. That was a nice way of letting him go a bit more.

Jan16/07 - Prelim hearing date now set for Jan 30/07. Singh needs an interpreter.
Jan 30/07 - Court date remanded to Feb 13/07
Feb 13/07 - Trial date Dec.11/07........the wheels of justice have stalled!

We guessed something was wrong when he stopped visiting.
Well Carolee finaly got hold of us to give us the sad news on the Dec 2nd and we were gutted.

We had our Trukkie tribute night on Saturday 3rd December, we just all hooked up on live chat and raised a glass or 2 to the man we all loved and miss.
Trukkie Rob always found ways to make us laugh, and when the mud was flyin he gave as good as he got.
Good on ye Rob, we miss ya.

Hey Rob just got back from belt sander raceing and even though i did,nt win i was a great contender. next weekend we are challanging all contractors and wood workers to come and drag race ,and instead of a entry fee they can bring a donation to the food bank. should be fun and very busy. love you bro ,Mike
