I have started deep conditioning on a weekly basis, moisturizing nightly and sleeping in a cap to retain the moisture. oiling and massaging my scalp, and keeping it twisted as long as I can. I am also going to try diff. growth products. I started with boundless tresses for my scalp. Nutrition wise, I started taking prenatal vitamins and biotin and drinking more water.. What's your plan?
Well I have given up meat! I am no longer a carnivore! I decided that on January 3rd it has been a great experience so far! I am also taking daily vitamins right now the womens one a day I may add to that eventually. Plus I too am drinking up some water! So we are kinda on the same path to healthier living as well as healthier hair. As far as my hair I have braid extensions for now that I plan to keep in until the first of March I7th have had them in since January 17th so that will put me at 2 mths
Yeah, I checked on natural empress, and I am very impressed with her growth, she has done a great job. Me on the other hand, well let's just say, I gotta get back in the groove of things. This past year I've had many changes and have not been as consistent as I was, so my length is about the same, I've cut, and flat ironed, and worn it in puffs. So this new year I'm making a change, and will put more effort into growth and retention. ***So, your title says no more locs, are you going loose again?

hey there, how goes it, thanks for visiting my page, as far as my September updates, I won't have any, my hair will be in braids until the end of January. I am trying to achieve 2 1/2 inches of growth.
