Hi Al, just a quick note to declare my status as a fan - big time. Mate, your pics are amazing, exactly the sort of pics I want to take as I develop my skill.

I couldn't possibly choose favourite album, they're all fabulous!

P.S to the previous message: I made a small mistake, the exhibition was 14 February 2004.

Hi Al,

Thanks for the positive comments!
The text below the 'Huizinge' album is Dutch, as you may have noticed. A short translation is as follows:

"All families of the small village Huizinge in the Netherlands (160 inhabitants) got a throw-away camera in summer 2003. Some 1600 pictures were shot. 24 February 2004 an exhibition of 61 of these pictures was held, and the visitors could choose the best one. Mirjam Keizer's picture was the winner (the first picture of this album). The other 60 pictures are shown in random order".

The password for the FuerteVentura folder is tofio. I added some video's there, by linking to a dutch server. I'm curious if this works for you. You should at least have broadband Internet for real time viewing, MS Media Player must be installed and your browser must be MS Explorer (I hope you don't use an Apple...).

I noticed you visited almost the whole world! Very nice!

Kind regards,

John van Hulst

I have been looking at your pictures from Bhutan as I am doing a project at university on it. They were very helpful to get an idea of what the country is like.

WOW! Nice Page! Im always amazed at how many "Al Perrys" come up in a search at times. I was even thinking about making a link section on my site to all the other "Al Perry" sites out there. Would you like me to add you to my site?

Your Peru album is great! You have a real talent at getting good, natural poses and expressions from your human subjects, and your landscape and natural history shots are very fine too-- the "yellow oriole" shot is unique and really good!
I'll be back to look at your other albums...

Dear Al & Assistant Joyce:

You are getting to be a photo pro--we'll have to plan another Art Museum talk--this one by Perry & Co.!

Your repertoire is getting so diverse now: always intriguing and so--oo--oo well done!

I always think of a list of people I would like to share it with. . .And wish I, myself, had more time to relish every single photo.

What pleasure you must have in sharing with all of us--Muchias gracias!

Cynthia & "Nick"

If you're willing, please make public your Galapagos Island pictures. I have a feeling those will be some great shots.
