Hi ... about the picture you left a comment ... it is HDR, High Dynamic Range. I use Photomatix and at least 3 exposures for it but I know Photoshop has a similar functionality.

BTW, this picture is a bad example ... one of my fist attempts. If you really want to see some good HDR work go to flickr and do an HDR search ... there are some amazing works of art there.
