Hi Ira!

It's been more than a year since turning myself in a passive mode here on Fotki... The main reason is a tremendous growth of activity at Zorz Studios resulting from greater exposure, increasing referrals and bookings, taking on new artistic projects, travel, establishing a shared location in our Manhattan studio, and active presence on Facebook.

I would love to make a comeback to Fotki to share all the spectacular work we did... but need to allocate time for that - a seemingly impossible task nowadays...

DC Police confirm that guard has died.

What we are hearing [Unconfirmed reports]....Altercation with an 89 year old man at the security check point about a suspicious package he was caring. G-man pulled out a "long g*n" and fired at a security guard. As he fell, a fellow guard dropped to his knees and pulled his sidearm and returned fire [eyewitness report] and a second guard opened fire also -- hitting the g-man. Flying glass may have injured victims near by. Possible White supremacist ties.

Tourist evacuated quickly and safely to inside areas away from gunfight and outside. Authorities are now sweeping the area to be sure no other assistant[s] may be involved.
