Hi marilynn thanks for the message and i think maybe i felt the picture just didnt do sepia justice as my perspective of sepia. but i did like the photo.
I think sepia is pretty subjective because i notice a lot of shots are almost monochrome without any really brown tinges in the competition however they are great photos.
You are right i really was after a different image and having spent so long on the fireground last week i decided to use something from my time there.

I will figure a way to get you total access to the spoon/child edit (or you can suggest a way to try.)
I will not let you get away so easily as to mail me your work of the past... no no.. what you can do is to write a few lines to go with any of my black and white photos. I left the photos black and white so you could color them with words.

Also send your friends to my album....I love reactions,audience, and critique.

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with your photos.... you need feel no guilt or obligation because my fleeting attention span allows me to spend no more than a minute or so on each edit.. (I save all of my extended concentration for my work/job (preparing meds and IV nutrition for newborns that weigh only a pound or two)
