hi dave, i saw your beetle oval with brm wheels, its nicely done. where did you get the brm wheels and oval beetle is that a tamiya or hasegawa model kit? thanks,bonkie
Bonkie - Thanks! The BRMs are my own resin copies of a set of white-metal wheels I bought on Ebay a numer of years back. They were mastered by a guy named Dennis Chung, and I understand he doesn't sell them anymore, so I popped a few sets out for my own use. The '56 Beetle kit is by Gunze-Sangyo, but today you can find it labelled as 'Mr. Hobby' brand.
Just surfing a few model sites and saw your Fotki link, I came because of the Revell 1/12th scale Choppers but ended up getting some schooling with all the photos you have take.. Thanks
