    I have just returned to modeling after forty+ years. I am getting things to-gether and will be building shortly. The models I am seeing to-day are very different from when I built them and I must admit I am somewhat intimidated by the craftmanship.
    Are there any clubs that are active once a month or so that I could join? I am 60 years old though.

    Just got on fotki this wet monday morning and saw your album for the Damm Model car show. They had some really cool stuff there. I did not even know that this show existed. Where was it and who went? How Did you do at the awards? Boy am I jealous!!!!!!

      Hey Chuck
      this shows bee around awhile I said something at the club meeting that it was comming up. yes some nice stuff but this year was a letdown lot of vendors were not there and lots of kit prices way out of range. Just me and rick went no one else did .most of us go to this show but with things with bill and east last week it was just us two. I also came out of there with a 1st place in box stock anda 3rd in custom The 41 willys took most of the awards IT WAS NICE!

        Yes it dawned on me that this was the show you mentioned at the club meeting about a hour after I sent the message.LOL I would like to go next year if things work out, maybe car pool? The '41 you talk about -which pic number is it? And Congrats on your win!!!

          Chuck thanks my first boxstock win! The willys is the black and orange one with no top I took alot of pics of it .It had my vote it was just nice!!!
