Hey dear! It is so nice to hear from you! You look gaw-gus! Loving the cut and all! How have you been? WHat is new? I promise I have not seen you in like 3 years!

Hang in there and enjoy every stage of your journey, there are times when I miss the easy maintenance of my shorter hair so every stage has its blessings. Appreciate your hair for what it can do and definitely experiment and have fun with it.

As far as the twist out, I think using a little settling lotion and shea butter is good for hold and also I use Dudley PCA for moisture and Botanical Oil by Design essentials for shine. Also I think it depends on your hair type, as to how long the twist out will last, I have a tight curl pattern so I think those styles last long for the kinkier hair types.
