I have commented in the Fotki journal about not being happy with Fotki and our
photos not showing up in our albums and pages not opening and if they can't solve
this problem soon, I will have to go elsewhere :-(

Ok! ...it is not funny anymore and we have been without hundreds of photos showing
in our albums for months since last year October and many times pages are down and
can't open them at all.
We were not told of this from the beginning and if you have lost OUR photos you should
let us know now what happened.

how do you get the small copyright information on your photographs? I can get it on the photo but i can not customize it...any help?

Open letter to Fotki:

Dear Fotki,

When I signed my
contract with you guys one of the conditions stated clearly that premium
member have unlimited storage.  That's one of the reasons why I decided
to go for a premium Fotki membership. 

It's illegal to change the conditions of a contract afterwards. 

You have no right to delete my photos ... plus that would be a pretty immoral thing to do !

IF fotki would decide to change it's conditions for future contracts I will be forced to look for other possibilities.
