Thanks for stopping by and saying hello mate. I miss the community and the challenges/inspiration the contests brought too. I had hoped to get some down time over the summer and tackle some personal photo/PS goals but work did get in the way. The weekly commitments to a contest or two allowed me to keep in touch with friends, have some fun and force me to tackle a new technique/tip or two. Now I have quite a few contests I need to go through to get caught up on everything/everybody. Don't count me out, I will be back!!!!!

It's been more than a year since turning myself in a passive mode here on Fotki... The main reason is a tremendous growth of activity at Zorz Studios resulting from greater exposure, increasing referrals and bookings, taking on new artistic projects, travel, establishing a shared location in our Manhattan studio, and active presence on Facebook.

I would love to make a comeback to Fotki to share all the spectacular work we did... but need to allocate time for that - a seemingly impossible task nowadays...

Thanks, I had noticed it a short while ago. It makes the contests interesting when you can comment, doesn't it.

I read in the newspaper today that Queensland and New South Wales have had a huge dust storm, and saw some rather alarming pictures. Has it affected your area, Peter. Hope everything is all right.

I put up some new albums (don't know how I found the time) :-)
But I wanted everyone to see what I've been doing and keep
in contact somehow with you all till I get settled down :-) ...relax!
There is one album of the new house, but before fixing it up,
I'll get more to you as we go along :-) ...having people go through
the farm house tomorrow and Sunday.
