And thanks for letting me know that Ki'lie Aloha Spirit was on the front page. I didn't even know that or how it got there. She is my niece and loves Hawaii! She has been there more than I have! ggrrrrrrr! Her father, my brother, has been to Australia TWICE and he didn't even tell me he was going!!!!! I surely would have found some way to stow away in his luggage!

I just watched an American TV show called “Top Chef,” where young chefs compete in an elimination process until only one is left. This was a new season. One of the chefs is a Kiwi, and in the first challenge, he made a deep-dish pizza using Marmite as an ingredient. Surprise – it was one of the judges favorites – although the guest judge incorrectly identified the Marmite as Vegemite. The horror! Subsequently, the Kiwi was almost eliminated in the next challenge for his duck ala orange. I guess he ran out of Marmite for it.
Boys rule, dogs drool, and I have just the dog to prove it.
Well hello there buddy!!!! It has been so freakin' long since I've visited your site. I'm trying to get back in touch with all of my old buddies from the early Fotki days. I am at work right now, but I will try to get back within the next few days and drop some comments on those wonderful photos of yours.
Thank you for your sweet words on my paradise picture, The saying goes home is where your heart is.....that is true too. Some of our happiest times were backpacking with hardly a penny to our name across Europe having the time of our lives, or the time we moved back to the states and were dirt poor and used card board boxes for furniture it was so much fun we always laughed and had fun, He's my best friend.
