Too right ! that pitch looks treacherous and anything can happen. England HAVE to get runs while Oz only need to protect their wickets to secure the draw !

Mate what a disaster of a 1st innings we had. Still, don't write us off just yet, there's still fight in the world champions !!

That huge wave at Dungeons is deadly serious, to coin a phrase ! Every year at this time they hold the Red Bull Big Wave competition. If memory serves, the minimum wave size for the competition to be officially recognised is 25 ft ! These lunatics gather from all over the world and hang about waiting for the minimum size to roll in. Some years this never happens. Usually they get towed out by jetski but according to the newspaper article, the guys PADDLED out on Sunday, one body boarder included ! it didn't say whether conditions were met or not(neither did it say how many failed to return !), but that wave in the photo was a monster in any man's language !! Last year one of our top photo club members hitched a ride out there and took pics - absolutely stunning !! and mind blowing in size !

Hey mate, re the "angry sea" pic, have a look at this scanned image from this morning's newspaper. This was on Sunday at a spot called Dungeons (I wonder why it's called that ?) about 5km as the crow flies, from where my shot was taken ! The guy in the wave is Twiggy Baker, last year's Red Bull Big Wave Contest winner. These guys, including a body boarder, paddled out, as opposed to being towed out, to these monster waves !
