Just checking in to see if you have any updates...I've gone back to weaves.  My hair does best, when I leave it alone.  I'm coming up on 4 months in this weave and I remembered that you wore yours for 5 months at a time...so I'm going to push the envelope and go for 5 months in mine. :)  Wish me luck!

Hey! You've such beautiful hair! I was wondering if you take growth aids(mega tek, sulfur), or vitamin supplements. Also, do you exercise? My hair is almost at midback but it's taking forever!

Sorry I sent the following message: Hey Pamera! How are you? It has been a long time!! I hope you're good. I've finally decided to transition and do it properly this time. I'm currently wearing my hair in a protective style: it is cainrowed at the two sides and plaited from the root, but in kinky twists at the end. It's a bit hard for me because I'm used to doing my hair every day and changing up my style. However with this style my style choices are limited. I wanted to ask if you knew how long extensions could be left in for? Thank you in advance! [Didnt realise I wasn't logged in! :/ ]

i'm so sorry to only be replying now! that's good that you are being serious and i hope that it pays off! i think that you should leave your extensions in for no more than 2-3 month. I've done 6 months before but that was a no-no indeed my hair was matted. but i didn't know about hair boards at that time or anything.

Aw that's okay! Guess what?! I BC'D! I've never ever had my hair at this length before, but after getting my cousin to hide the hair she was cutting off of my head, I felt liberated and finally free from relaxers! I am wearing extensions again and this time around I have no choice, but to keep them in for longer. I am hoping to start my new journey now, but this embarking on one of healthier and longer natural hair. I'm really excited and thank you :)

wow!! your hair has gotten super long. that' is my goal length or longer for my hair as well. i just big chopped a few weeks ago.and i can't wait to do some cool styles with my hair.once it get's long enough. oh also should you keep your hair in weaves and protective styles because my hair does not do well with weaves my scalp is very sensitive. would there be another way to do protective styles like on my own hair and would it still grow a good length? thanks GOD BLESS!!!
