Hey Andy,

The collection looks good. I guess we should call you Cacti Andy now.

oh yes and what can we put on the injuries?

Jamie and i went to the plant shop yesterday, with our parents and we found 3 beautiful cacti that we just had to have. But two of them have red on the end of their spikes. Our mom and dad both got stung and my dad has had a burning pain ever since. Does this mean the cacti are poisonous?

Nice to have some comments again. You should try some Rebutia/Sulcorebutia. They are very easy to grow. They should have a cold winter rest. I keep most of my cacti in my greenhouse all year, in winter at about 5-6 degrees Celsius (43 F).

I have about 600 different species/forms in my collection, most of them grown from seed. So I guess I have to wait a while for my C. krainziana to be as nice as yours. Most of my cacti are from South America, Rebutia, Sulcorebutia, Lobiva, Eriosyce, Parodia, but I have many Mammillarias and Echinocereus. But I see that you have many cacti that are difficult to get. I hope you will continue to publish new photos. I will follow you.
